Warranty Details

Midway Sales provides warranty on all new products against defective workmanship and/or materials for a period of twelve months on Hanmey Implements, two years on East Wind Tractors and Dozers from the date of sale, provided written notice of any claim is received by Midway Sales within the 12 month or 2 year period. No obligation is assured for the repair of any machinery rendered defective or damaged through normal wear or incorrect use.

Midway Sales will repair or replace such part or parts which in its judgement prove to be defective, provided that Midway Sales is promptly notified in writing along with copy of invoice, giving detail of the defect and that the item claimed is returned to Midway Sales charges pre-paid.

Midway Sales warranty is on the basis of return to base freight pre-paid. Return freight paid by claimant.

Damage resulting from improper use will be considered as such and not a product defect. This warranty shall not apply to any claimed item that has been repaired or modified.

Midway Sales will not accept responsibility for in-transit damage.

Parts not manufactured by Midway Sales such as front-end loaders, slashers etc. will carry the warranty or guarantee that is extended by each manufacturer.

Midway Sales will extend such manufacturer warranty made direct to end user.

Second hand equipment that is recorded to carry warranty will be for a period of three months from date of sale for the major components and does not extend to accessories such as lights, tyres, radiators, alternators etc.

No warranty shall be accepted without written claim and the goods returned to Midway Sales freight prepaid. After repair the owner/user is responsible for return freight.

Midway Sales extends assistance in advice and best course of repair for problems that may develop after warranty period expires. This assistance is extended to all customers.

Prices, Services and Products

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax. (GST). All prices displayed and products and services offered to be supplied on www.midwaysales.com.au are subject to change without notice. All items are subject to availability. All tractor prices quoted are for the tractor itself, unless otherwise stated. The image shown may show implements and differing colours to the product for sale. All implements are additional costs to Tractors, unless stated otherwise.

Information pertaining to prices and availability of any goods sold by Midway Salesthrough our Shopping Store (catalogue) linked to this site does not constitute, and should not be regarded as an offer to sell products on these terms. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Spring-Brown Sales Pty Ltd t/a Midway Sales, its employees, servants and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your violation of this agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this agreement.
