PRECISION CONTROL – BLADE OR BUCKET

PAT Blade – 6 way control

The PAT blade is great for small scale cuts, final trim and clearing. A simple joystick gives you 6 way control. The blade can be moved up and down to control the amount of material you cut or push. Angle the blade left or right to move material to the side. Or tilt the blade to either side to create cambers for drains or slopes on driveways.

The hydraulic 6 way blade is a classic Power Angle Tilt (PAT) configuration proven in commercial applications over many years. It is all controlled with an ergonomic press button joystick controller.

4 in 1 Bucket

Choose the loader option for moving material. The 4 in 1 bucket design means you can do so much more. You can scoop, blade, level as well as grab. Opening the 4 in 1 bucket exposes the blade for light scraping and pushing of soil. Being able to close the bucket over objects gives the ability to grab, self levelling feature enhances safety and makes it easier for the operator to use by keeping the bucket angle consistent when lifting and lowering.

The same hydraulic joystick control provides effortless control of the 4 in1 bucket attachment.

UNIQUE 3 POINT LINKAGE / PTO CONFIGURATION

The possibilities with the PTO and 3PL are endless. Fit a slasher, post driver, rippers, even a back hoe or just about any implement you would to a standard wheeled tractor. Then you get the benefit of hydraulic down pressure in the three point linkage. This enables more effective breaking of soil with implements such as rippers and post hole diggers. All this is combined with a “go anywhere” steel tracked machine that gets the job done.

3 Point Linkage

The three point linkage (3PL) is even better than your average tractor. Not only does it have an impressive lifting capacity of 1900 kg, you can apply hydraulic down force to make implements such as rippers or post hole diggers more effective at breaking soil.

PTO

Combined with the power take off to drive all kinds of implements you have an incredibly versatile machine. Two speeds (540 & 1000 RPM) cover all applications.

POWER TRAIN

Engine

The Hanmey TRiO features a commercial grade 3.1 litre, 4 cylinder water cooled direct injection diesel engine. These proven engines are produced by the thousands annually and used worldwide by a number of leading machinery manufacturers.

Transmission

The transmission is taken care of with a heavy duty gear box with high and low ratio giving two forward and reverse gears. The power shift feature means you can shift from forward to reverse with a hand control without the need of a clutch.

The clutch and steering is taken care of with intuitive left and right pedals. The hydraulically assisted two stage pedals initially disengage the engine drive and then apply the brakes. Heavy duty brake bands are designed to last.

RELIABILITY

A rugged chassis design features an integral shield protecting the engine and gear box from the inevitable bashing commercial earthmoving equipment endures.

The hydraulic system features an oil cooler to enable extended use in high operating temperatures.

SAFETY

ROPS / FOPS

Safety is all important. The Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Structure (FOPS) are certified to ISO 3449 & 3471 respectively. They are designed for good visibility and feature front and rear safety grills.
